Sam Ellis has over 30 years of work experience in marketing and sales. Sam started their career in 1986 as a Promotions Controller at Peter Dominic and then moved on to Allied Domecq as a Marketing Services Manager. Sam joined Poulters in 1996 as the Head of Sales Promotion/Associate Partner and worked there until 2004. In 2007, they became the Marketing Director at GatenbySanderson, where they currently hold a position.
