Pankaj Jha is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at gategroup since April 2024. Prior to this role, Pankaj held the position of Executive Chef at TajSATS Air Catering Ltd. from March 2014 to March 2024. Pankaj has a diverse background in the hospitality industry, including significant roles as Executive Chef for Aloft - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, The Lalit Grand Palace Srinagar, and Hotel Clarks Varanasi, as well as previous positions ranging from Sous Chef at Sahara Star to Senior Chef de Partie at Al Hamra Fort Hotel & Resort and Chef de Partie at InterContinental Hotels Group The Grand Mumbai. Pankaj began the culinary career as a Chef Trainee at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts after completing a degree in Hotel Management at IHMCTAN Kolkata from 1998 to 2001.
