Kate Draxten is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and banking sectors. Since March 2020, Kate has served as Vice President, Creative Strategy and Vice President of Marketing at Gate City Bank, having previously held the role of AVP of Marketing. Prior to this, Kate spent nearly seven years at Raymond Management Company, serving as General Manager for Hilton Garden Inn, and holding various sales leadership positions including Dual Director of Sales for Home2 Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn, as well as Director of Sales for Courtyard by Marriott. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications, specializing in Integrated Advertising and Public Relations, from Minnesota State University Moorhead, earned between 2004 and 2009.
