Mark Goetz is an experienced eLearning Manager at the American Gastroenterological Association since May 2010, where responsibilities include delivering training through web-based educational models. Previous roles include Webmaster at Georgetown University Medical Center, Web Application Technician at Cecil County Public Schools, and Web Developer at the University of Maryland. Mark also served as a Programmer/Analyst at Centurion Technology and Web Manager at Tectrahedran, Inc., focusing on accessibility compliance. Additional experience includes Project Director at the National Alliance for Hispanic Health, overseeing various aspects of web development and technology management. Mark's foundational skills were developed during service as a Machinist's Mate in the US Navy. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in Instructional Design & Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies from Frostburg State University.
