Elliot Connolly has a diverse work experience in the field of partnerships and marketing. Most recently, Elliot served as the Director of Client Partnerships at "...Gasp!" from 2023 onwards. Prior to that, Elliot worked as a Senior Partnerships Account Director at Mando-Connect from August 2022 to April 2023, and as a Partnerships Account Director from August 2020 to August 2022.

Elliot also has experience as a Freelance Partnership Marketing Specialist, where they worked on various projects from May 2020 to August 2020. Before that, Elliot held positions at Rapport Group as a Partnerships Director from June 2019 to May 2020, and as a Senior Partnerships Manager from March 2019 to May 2019.

Earlier in their career, Elliot worked as a Senior Partnerships Manager at Fuse from October 2017 to January 2019. Before that, they held the role of Partnerships Manager at Simbiotik Limited from May 2016 to October 2017, where they worked with notable clients such as Boots, SSE, Mitchells & Butlers, PepsiCo, NFU Mutual, and Countrywide.
