Paul Curley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management within the electronics and microelectronics sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at GASARC, an ESAB Group Company since February 2023, Paul previously held the position of UK Head of Operations RF2M EMEIA at API Microelectronics Ltd from July 2012 to February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Manufacturing & Process Improvement Manager and Business Excellence Co-Ordinator at C-MAC MicroTechnology from October 2005 to July 2012. Paul is equipped with an HNC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Shrewsbury Technical College and a foundational education from Priory Boys Grammar School in Shrewsbury.
