Johanna Munro, PE, currently serves as the Asset Knowledge Manager at Gas Transmission Systems, Inc. since June 2016, specializing in Asset Knowledge Engineering and Project Management for Natural Gas clients on the East Coast, with a focus on quality improvement. Previous roles at GTS include Asset Knowledge Supervisor and Asset Knowledge Team Lead, where responsibilities encompassed directing team objectives, providing technical training, and engaging in problem-solving initiatives. Prior to joining GTS, Johanna held coaching positions at Smith College and the YWCA Central Massachusetts, enhancing competitive synchronized swimming programs. Internship experiences include roles at Alden Research Laboratory, U.S. Tsubaki, and Gas Flow Systems Engineering, contributing to various engineering projects. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
