Franco Pace has extensive work experience in the field of technology and data analysis. franco'smost recent role was as a Senior Software Developer at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, starting in February 2009. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Analyst for their own consultancy business, starting in October 2007 and ending in February 2009. From March 2006 to September 2007, Franco served as the Principal Information Architect at DEH Consulting. franco also gained experience as a Senior Systems Architect and Application Architect at Lawpoint from January 2003 to March 2006. Before this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Oryx Technology from May 1998 to March 2002. Franco began their career as an Advanced System Engineer at EDS Group from May 1997 to April 1998.

Franco Pace obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science from the NSW Institute of Technology between 1981 and 1984.
