Balugu Sibagariang possesses extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as SM Innovation & Digital Transformation and previously in multiple senior managerial roles at GMF AeroAsia since August 2007. Responsibilities have included overseeing the implementation and delivery of ERP systems, managing ICT strategic planning, and leading aircraft maintenance projects. With a robust educational background that includes an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Indonesia, Balugu has demonstrated a strong capability in performance analysis, project management, and process improvement within aviation operations. Prior experience includes procurement at PT Korindo Heavy Industry.
