Ridhima Salhotra has over 17 years of experience in program and project management, currently serving as Vice President of Program Management at Gartner since September 2019, where Ridhima has progressed from Director to Program Manager - Scrum Master. Prior to Gartner, Ridhima worked at Sapient from August 2006 to September 2019, holding positions including Project Manager, Senior Associate Project Manager, Track Lead - JAVA, and Application and Support Developer. Ridhima holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from YMCA Faridabad, completed in 2006, and attended DAV Public School in Gurgaon from 1988 to 2002.
