Johan Lilja is a seasoned UX/UI consultant and designer with extensive experience in leading and enhancing user experience across various industries. Currently a Senior UX/UI Consultant at Garrison Consulting, Johan also holds the position of Head of User Experience at Sveriges Lärare. Previous roles include Head of Product Design at Collegial, Experience Director at Zone, and Head of User Experience at Great Works, where contributions focused on business development, technology, and design innovation. With a background that includes managing UX teams and overseeing significant projects at prominent agencies, Johan's work has led to the identification of new business opportunities and improved continuous learning platforms. Johan holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Science from Södertörn University and has a foundation in Graphic Design and Photography from Grafiskt Utbildningscenter.
