Peter Marek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager for Global Compensation & Benefits at Garrett - Advancing Motion since June 2019, Peter leads the design and implementation of total rewards programs for various global functions, encompassing 22 countries across EMEA, APAC, and Americas regions. Prior to this role, Peter held several positions at Molson Coors, including Senior Rewards Manager, where oversight of compensation and benefits programs for multiple countries in Central Europe was key. With earlier roles at Hay Group, PwC, and Amrop Hever Slovakia, Peter has developed a comprehensive skill set in HR consulting, executive search, and talent management. Peter holds a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Comenius University and participated in an Erasmus program at ESCEM, specializing in International Business and Management.
