Sabrina Mastellone is currently working as a Tecnico di controllo dei processi at Pasta Garofalo since October 2019. Prior to this, Sabrina worked as a Barista at Rogi Bar from August 2019 to October 2019. Sabrina also has experience as a Controllo qualità at D & D ITALIA S.P.A. from July 2017 to April 2018. Sabrina holds a Laurea magistrale in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and a Diploma scientifico from liceo scientifico A. Genoino. Sabrina has a strong background in monitoring and ensuring the quality of food products, as well as compliance with food safety regulations.
