Rosanna Mainardi has extensive experience in the food engineering sector, currently serving as a Quality Engineer at Pastificio Lucio Garofalo S.p.A. since January 2012. Prior to this role, Rosanna worked as a Chemical Engineer at GRUPPO LA DORIA for a brief period in late 2011. Educationally, Rosanna earned a Master of Science in Food Engineering from Università degli Studi di Salerno, following a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, a Master Thesis was completed at the Technical University of Berlin between 2010 and 2011, complementing a solid foundation established with a diploma from Liceo scientifico Don Carlo La Mura.
