Kevin Sills is an experienced professional in the electrical engineering field, currently serving as the Transmission Planning Manager at Garland Power & Light since January 2023. With a strong entrepreneurial background as a Business Owner at SK Energy since April 2014, Kevin has previously held significant roles at Oncor Electric Delivery, including Senior Engineer, Assistant District Manager, Manager, and Engineer, focusing on transmission grid operations and planning. Prior to this, Kevin co-owned LKT Enterprises and worked as a Radio Frequency System Engineer at First Source, Cain-Forlaw Company, and Comspace Corporation. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
