Rob Molla is the Director of Human Resources at Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Prior to this role, held similar positions at Unitarian Universalist Association, ATS/Cingular Wireless, ADD Inc, and Carter & Burgess/Sumner Schein Architects and Engineers. Previously, worked as a Lecturer at Brandeis University and as a Teaching Fellow at University of Barcelona. Holds an AB degree from College of the Holy Cross and ABD, MA degrees from Indiana University Bloomington.
