Michael Camper, PMP, currently serves as a Consultant at Arete Consulting LLC since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michael was a Business Analyst for Clinical Integration at Mary Washington Healthcare from August 2023 to January 2024. From April 2018 to June 2023, Michael held the position of Associate Head Coach at the University of Kentucky, where program management for the men's and women's Swimming and Diving teams was directed, overseeing 70 student-athletes and assistant coaches while prioritizing tasks to enhance team performance. Michael also contributed as an Assistant Swim Coach and Director of International Recruiting at the University of Pittsburgh from July 2017 to March 2018, and as an Assistant Swimming Coach at the University at Buffalo from August 2016 to July 2017. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Radford University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from North Carolina State University, along with an Advanced Studies Diploma from Riverbend High School.
