Maria Hart has extensive experience in operations and plant management within the construction industry. Since January 2014, Maria has held the position of Regional Operations Manager at ICP Building Solutions Group while concurrently serving as Plant Management at Gardner-Gibson, Inc. since March 2014. Prior to these roles, Maria worked at Meadow Burke from February 2011 to December 2013, where responsibilities included both Plant Manager and Assistant Plant Manager. Maria earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador between 1999 and 2005.
