Lena M. Soler Ayoroa, P.E. is an accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in structural engineering. Currently with Gardiner & Theobald Inc. since June 2021, Lena previously served as Project Manager and NYC Field Engineer at Plan B Engineering, where responsibilities included managing site visits and designing temporary structures. Past roles include Entry Level Structural Engineer at Shymanski & Associates, where Lena worked on diverse projects involving various structural materials, and graduate student researcher at the University of Michigan, contributing to innovative materials research that significantly reduced costs and environmental impacts of slurry technologies. Lena holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
