Rui Barros Garcia is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and structural engineering. Current position as a Civil Engineer at Garcia, Garcia SA commenced in January 2019. Prior roles include Project Manager at Planetiers from February 2018 to December 2018 and Structural Engineer at Martifer Solar from July 2012 to September 2013, where responsibilities included the development of tools for structural design of new products. Rui also served as a Junior Structural Engineer at BERD from September 2010 to April 2012.
