Richard Reiche is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles across multiple companies. Currently serving at Garaga Inc. since July 2022, Richard previously held manufacturing engineering positions at Cronos Group and Magna International, where responsibilities included product design analysis, manufacturing troubleshooting, and quality assurance. Richard's background also includes significant tenure at TG Minto Corporation as Paint Engineering Supervisor, overseeing paint engineering teams and processes for automotive manufacturing, alongside a role as Paint Process Engineer, focusing on process optimization and defect reduction for Toyota's trim production.
