Reynante Tancio has over 10 years of work experience in software engineering and development. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a System Developer/Programmer at World Financial Marketing Alliance Inc., where they developed a Web-Based Insurance & Sales Agent's Commission Brokerage System from scratch and an Accounting systems that can handle complicated computations/transactions. Reynante also worked as a Developer at Speachtree Inc., where they custom developed Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and automatic call answering software using Java, XML, VXML, RSA secure ID and VoIP Phone. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Web Developer at Glocorp I.T. Solutions and as a Programmer at GBS Software Development. Reynante also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Gappify, Inc. from 2014 to present.

Reynante Tancio obtained a Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a BS in Computer Science from Naval State University between 2005 and 2009, with a focus on Software. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications; Productivity: Skyrocket Your Productivity the Agile Way from Udemy in October 2018, and MySQL Developement & Administration from Active Learning in August 2010.
