Sajjad Zafar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sajjad started their career in 2008 as a Team Lead at Dubai Islamic Bank Pakistan, where they held a leadership position until 2010. Sajjad then moved on to Emblem Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. in 2012, working as an HR and Management Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance appraisals, and policy-making. In 2010, Sajjad joined Mezino Technologies as an HR and Project Manager, where they continued to handle HR responsibilities and project management. Sajjad later joined FootMetrics in 2017 as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on recruitment, performance appraisals, and employee relations. Currently, Sajjad is serving as the Chief Whip at Gaper since 2019, where they work to bring together highly skilled software engineers for remote work opportunities.

Sajjad Zafar's education history begins in 1997 when they attended LDA Model High School and obtained their Matic degree in Science in the year 2000. Sajjad then went on to enroll in Govt. College of Science from the year 2001 to 2002, where they pursued their F.Sc degree in Pre-Engineering. In 2003, Sajjad joined Mohi-ud-Din Islamic University and completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in the field of Business Administration and Management, General in 2006. Later, they attended the University of Central Punjab from 2008 to 2011 to pursue an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Development.
