Russell Benamy started their work experience in 1988 as an Account Manager at Weston Solutions, Inc. Russell then moved on to become a Vice President at Gap International in 1991. At Gap International, Russell worked with leaders to achieve exceptional growth through various areas such as leadership, vision and strategy, execution, and people and culture.

Russell Benamy holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, which was completed by 1997. Russell also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the same university between the years 1980 and 1984.
