Dean Frost is an experienced operations professional with a background in managing teams and coordinating workforce activities. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Ganymede since March 2022, Dean previously held the position of Labour Co-ordinator and Workforce Manager at Colas Rail from February 2017 to February 2022. Prior to that, Dean worked at McGinley Support Services (Infrastructure) Ltd from July 2003 to February 2017, where roles included Field Service Co-ordinator, SWP+ PPS Planner, and various safety-critical positions.
