Kiran Elag is the Vice President of Non Pharma at Gansons Ltd. Kiran has been with the company for 14 years and 6 months. Prior to their current position, they were the Regional Sales Manager at Jubilant Organosys Limited, where they were responsible for handling overall sales of Industrial Adhesives Business in the western region, which included Maharashtra, Gujarat, Daman & Goa.

Elag started their career at Cosmo Films Limited as a Management Trainee. After six months of training in production and sales, they were promoted to Senior Executive Corporate Sales. In this role, they were responsible for handling corporate clients like Parle, Positive packaging, PPL, and other convertors and managing these key accounts for BOPP sales. Kiran was also responsible for identification, appointment and monitoring of new dealers for lamination segment. During their time at Cosmo Films Limited, they successfully achieved higher levels of sales.

After seven years at Cosmo Films Limited, Elag joined Jubilant Organosys Limited as an Application Development Engineer & Business Development Executive. In this role, they worked with corporate clients like Parle, Britannia, Unilever, Colgate, etc. to develop BOPP films suitable for their applications. Kiran also conducted market surveys for new applications, competition mapping, market size mapping, conducting techno economic cost benefit analysis for the new product, launching new products and commercialisation of new products before handing over to sales.

After a year and seven months at Jubilant Organosys Limited, Elag joined Gansons Ltd. as the Vice President of Non Pharma. In this role, they are responsible for managing the non-pharma division of the company. Kiran has successfully exceeded the budgeted sales by 300% and has been awarded with best performer of the division.

Kiran Elag has an engineer's degree from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology in mechanical engineering from 1995-1999. Before that, they attended Sahyadri Junior College in Sangamner from 1993-1995, where they studied science.
