Jim Fletcher is an experienced professional in the media and publishing industry, currently serving as Sales Director at Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK since January 2020. Jim has held the position of Publisher at GateHouse Media Group in Milton, Florida since January 2015, overseeing operations of a 106-year-old community paper. Prior to this, Jim was the Publisher at Halifax Media Group from January 2007 to January 2015, managing daily operations for a 105-year-old community newspaper. Jim's career began as a weather caster at WBKO from January 1979 to March 1986, where responsibilities included presenting weather forecasts and hosting a daily talk show. Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Western Kentucky University and an Associate's degree in Journalism from Paducah Community College.
