Elik Livay serves as the Water Market Leader and Vice President & Area Manager for the Water Business Line at Gannett Fleming since February 2003, overseeing a team of 25 professionals in providing design and construction management services for water, wastewater, and environmental infrastructure projects. Elik previously held the position of Project Manager in the Environmental Facilities Group, where responsibilities included developing detailed designs and technical specifications for various water and wastewater facilities. Prior to Gannett Fleming, Elik was the Chief Engineer at Shefayim Water Park from 1996 to 2000, managing the Engineering Department and ensuring the proper operation of water, electrical, and communication systems. Elik's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Norwich University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University, as well as an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering from Ruppin College.
