Fallon Wanganeen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial services and community engagement, currently serving as a First Nations Employee Journey Expert and Inclusion Program Manager at ANZ since April 2014. Fallon has held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Reconciliation Network, where responsibilities included setting annual network targets and representing the network to internal and external stakeholders. In addition to the role at ANZ, Fallon is actively involved as Board Chair for Ganbina, Board Member at Black Duck Group, and Advisory Board Member of Southern Slugs Football Club, focusing on Indigenous youth development and pathways. Previous experience includes positions in recruitment, banking, and traineeships, complemented by formal education in financial services.
