Ivaylo Tsonev has extensive work experience in the technology and web development field. Ivaylo started their career as a Junior Web Developer at Dazines Ltd. in 2009 and later worked as a Junior Web Developer at ecojo.com. In 2011, they joined Me.jpmh and GAN as a Front-End Developer. Ivaylo then joined Aristocrat in 2013 as a Lead Front-End Developer, where they led a team in transferring an online gaming platform to Aristocrat. Tsonev returned to GAN in 2014 and held various roles, including Web Team Lead, Head of Technology & Operations BG, Head of Web and Mobile Development, and is currently serving as the Senior Director of Technology BG.

Ivaylo Tsonev completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Systems and Technologies from the University of Ruse in the years 2003 to 2007. Ivaylo then pursued further studies at King's College London from 2009 to 2010, earning a Master of Science degree in Computing and Internet Systems. As part of their educational journey, Ivaylo also participated in the Erasmus Exchange Program at Delft University of Technology in 2007, focusing on Dissertation Development.
