Surbhi Tiwari has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Surbhi started their career as a Release Manager at HSBC in 2011, where they were responsible for preparing automated builds, deploying applications, and supporting users in issue resolution. Surbhi then joined Barclays in 2015 as a Technical Project Manager, handling a migration project and later working as a Release Manager for the Retail Online Banking platform. In 2018, Surbhi joined Wunderman Nordic as a Technical Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager, leading project teams in an Agile environment and driving Scrum team progress. Currently, they work at GAN Integrity as a Program Manager.

Surbhi Tiwari began their education in 2005 at SDMP, where they obtained a Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering in 2008. From 2008 to 2011, they attended St. Vt. Palloti College of Engineering Nagpur, affiliated with Nagpur University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Surbhi Tiwari obtained several credentials. In October 2018, they received the PRINCE2 Agile Foundation Certificate in Agile Project Management from PeopleCert, and also obtained the PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner Certificate in Agile Project Management from the same institution. In January 2020, they became a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) through Scrum.org. Additionally, Surbhi completed Google Analytics Essential Training and IoT Foundations: Fundamentals in March 2020, both of which were provided by LinkedIn.
