Nelson Donais is a seasoned Human Resource Information System Manager currently at Gamma since September 2023. Prior to this role, Nelson served as Principal Consultant at Aplombity from July 2021 to September 2023, where significant achievements included reducing user error and enhancing process efficiency through custom forms and workflows, as well as providing stakeholders with tailored reports using SQL and Power BI. Nelson also held the position of Sr. Consultant at Adient Solutions for part of 2021, leading system development projects focused on optimizing HR processes with Dayforce HCM. With a foundational career at PHS Community Services Society, Nelson managed operations across multiple housing facilities for 14 years, ensuring compliance with building and fire codes, among other responsibilities. Additional experiences include roles in music and historical research. Nelson obtained education from Simon Fraser University and Capilano University.
