Glodier Mesaki has been serving as a Senior Billing Customer Support Specialist at Gamma since August 2022, focusing on process optimisation within billing projects, identifying discrepancies, and authorising credits for any billing issues. Prior to this role, Glodier worked at Amazon Logistics as a Billing Customer Support Specialist and a Customer Service Representative/Delivery Driver from February 2021 to August 2022. Glodier holds a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Portsmouth, attained between 2017 and 2020, and has earlier qualifications in Business Studies from City and Islington College and GCSEs from Mossbourne Community Academy.
