Yogesh Nalam has a diverse work experience starting from 2013 onwards. In 2013, they served as the Chairperson at SAEINDIA KIIT until 2014. In 2014, they founded Formula Tutor and also worked as a Product Development CFD at Tata Consultancy Services until 2017. From 2018 to 2019, they held the role of a Student Assistant at the Institute for Combustion Engines and Center for Mobile Propulsion at RWTH Aachen University, as well as at FEV Europe GmbH. In 2019, they worked as a Research Intern at RWTH Aachen University and Siemens. Their most recent position is as an Application Engineer at Gamma Technologies from November 2021.

Yogesh Nalam obtained a Master's degree in Computer Aided Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology from 2010 to 2014. Yogesh completed their high school education in Science and Mathematics at V S Vidyalaya from 1997 to 2010. Additionally, Yogesh has obtained several certifications, including "AR Development Techniques 01: Basic Concepts" from LinkedIn in September 2021, "Introduction to Python" from DataCamp in April 2021, and "Six Sigma Green Belt" from Tata Consultancy Services in March 2016.
