Robert Lilisa has a diverse work experience. Robert began their career in 2012 at Brookfield Zoo as a Guest Services staff member, where they worked until 2017. In 2015, they joined North River Commission as a Bookkeeper for a brief period. Robert then moved on to MidCo Inc. in 2016, where they held various roles including Accounts Payable, Accountant, and Project Accountant until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Securitas Electronic Security, Inc as a Project Accountant, and later as a Staff Accountant until 2022. Currently, they are a Staff Accountant at Gamma Technologies.

Robert Lilisa completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree at Morton College from 2008 to 2012. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Robert Morris University - Illinois from 2012 to 2015.
