Manish Shenoy has a diverse range of work experience in the automotive and engineering industries. In 2018, they completed internships at Toyota Kirloskar Auto Parts and MRTG Power Diagnostic Tests Private Limited, where they gained hands-on experience in electrical engineering and the selection of powertrain components for electric vehicles. The following year, they interned at Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, specializing in 1-D electric vehicle modeling and calculations. In 2020, they undertook a remote internship at Ve Commercial Vehicles Limited, focusing on EV powertrain development and design. At Ansys in 2021, they worked as a model-based design intern, responsible for developing electric motors and converter control systems, performing functional safety analysis, and testing integration packages. Currently, Manish is working as an Applications Engineer XiL/Cosim at Gamma Technologies.

Manish Shenoy's education history begins with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Automotive Embedded Systems from Manipal School of Information Sciences between 2019 and 2021. Simultaneously, during 2020 and 2021, Manish also pursued a Master of Science (MSc.) degree in Automotive Embedded Systems from ESIGELEC : ÉCOLE D'INGÉNIEURS-ES GÉNÉRALISTES.

Along with their formal education, Manish has obtained several certifications. In December 2020, they completed courses on Machine Learning and Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera. In May 2020, they also obtained certifications in Electric Vehicles and Mobility, Introduction to battery-management systems, and Perform Real-Time Object Detection with YOLOv3. Additionally, in April 2020, Manish completed a course on Introduction to Project Management, and in March 2020, they finished a course on Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python), both from Coursera.
