Andy Noonan has a solid work experience in engineering. Noonan, started their career in 1999 as a Mechanical Engineer at PerkinElmer and worked there until 2001. Noonan, then joined Senior Flexonics in 2002 as a Staff Engineer and was promoted to the role of Sr. Staff Engineer in 2007. In 2012, they transitioned to Gamma Technologies, where they initially worked as a Sr. Product and Application Engineer. Later on, they became a Sr. Product and Applications Engineer II. The end dates for their roles at Gamma Technologies and Senior Flexonics are not provided.

Andy Noonan completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Iowa State University from 1992 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 1999.
