Soni Kumari is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in both technical and non-technical human resources. Currently serving as a Volunteer Tech/Non-tech Human Resources Recruiter at Games for Love since June 2021, Soni Kumari handles the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Previously, Soni Kumari worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Technical Recruiter at WOLVES, successfully recruiting over 25 engineers and managing end-to-end recruitment across various industries. Earlier experience includes an internship at Tensult, where Soni Kumari focused on recruitment processes and campus hiring. Soni Kumari holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from AIMS Institutes and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Patna Women's College.
