Leonardo Ribas has a diverse background in the esports and event production industries, currently serving as an Operador de Broadcast at Gamers Club since March 2022. As the Founder and CEO of Garam Operations since April 2020, Leonardo has taken on leadership responsibilities while previously working as an Esports Producer at DreamHack AB from December 2018 to May 2019 and as an Events Producer at Maracanã from January 2015 to June 2016. Leonardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a focus on Project Management from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
