We're actively searching for a results-driven Account Manager to expand corporate accounts at GameStrategies. If you thrive in managing and growing corporate relationships and want to leverage your skills for mutual success, we can't wait to welcome you. As an Account Manager, you'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on sales, complemented by an attractive base salary.
🚀 What You’ll Do:
Generate new business opportunities within your target market.
Be an advocate for our innovative game-based learning methodology.
Master upselling and cross-selling. Find new business units and growth opportunities within your existing accounts.
Manage prospection, demo meetings, follow-up, negotiation, and closing.
Strategize with Sales Management on target accounts to ensure maximum revenue generation
🎯 Experience and Skills:
10 years experience in new business development, in B2B environments working for an enterprise tech company, preferably within a SaaS.
Native or bilingual communications skills in French, working proficiency in English
Proven success in sales with a familiarity in working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and achieving commercial goals.
Love talking, negotiating and maintaining conversations with top stakeholders, to offer them the best solution according to their needs (consultative approach).
Feel passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
Are a critical thinker and you have exceptional hunting skills.
Are motivated by challenges and persevere in pursuing opportunities.
Are extremely organized, able to prioritize, results-oriented and have business acumen.
Have strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM.

As a people-first business, we use a hybrid working model. This would give you the opportunity to work from home up. This position can be located either in Madrid (following our hybrid model), Barcelona (Remotely, coming to the office 1 time per month), France (Once every two months) sounds good right?

✨ How is the recruitment process at GameStrategies?
If your profile fits the vacancy needs, you will have an initial call with the HR/People team to get to know you better. In this 30 minutes aprox call, we will be able to chat about your experience, skills, what you are seeking for and tell you more about us and the growth plans we have. We are an agile HR team so within the next 72 weekly hours, you will get feedback from us, always no matter if you make it or not to the following stage/s of our recruitment process.
If there is a match ✌🏻between the role and you, we will move forward to the next stage based on a remote meeting with the hiring manager. At this point you will be able to dive deeper into the technical and more core functions of the vacancy. It’s the moment to ask all those doubts you may have, asking good questions is the best way of knowing the team and what you could be capable of doing if you become part of this amazing team.
