Aaron Silva's work experience includes a role as a Professional Unity Developer in the GameDevHQ's Professional Unity Developer Program. In this program, they gained skills in software engineering for the games industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Substitute Teacher in the Los Gatos-Saratoga Union High School District. Aaron also served as a Business and Creative Development Manager at Osaka World Communication, where they created the company's first website to promote tourism and studying in Japan. Additionally, they worked as a Game Design Teacher at MTK English Academy, an English Instructor at Gaba Corporation, and an English Teacher at Challenger's Language Circle. Aaron also worked as an ALT English Teacher at NPO Glad. Before pursuing these roles, Aaron worked as a self-employed Tutor, teaching subjects like English, History, Algebra, and Geometry. Aaron also served as the Music Leader at Valley Presbyterian Church and had a temporary assistant role at Teen Force.

Aaron Silva attended The Master's University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
