Sathyam Ramaswamy's work experience begins with an internship at SI Group in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Product Design Engineer at Polfrost Aircon Pvt Ltd, where they used software such as Solidworks and MS Excel to design HVAC systems and update the company's digital library. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at VIONX Energy Corporation, where they performed CAD modeling, developed technical documents, and tested new materials. In 2020, they joined GameChange Solar as a Sales Engineer and later became an Assistant Manager: Application Engineer. Currently, they are a Mechanical Engineer at Our Next Energy (ONE), starting in 2023.

Sathyam Ramaswamy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from SIES Graduate School Of Technology, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Sathyam then pursued a Master of Science in Energy Systems Engineering from Northeastern University, where they studied from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their degrees, Sathyam Ramaswamy obtained several certifications including "Construction Management: Reading Drawings & Specifications" from LinkedIn in May 2020, "Cert Prep: SOLIDWORKS Surfacing (2017)" from LinkedIn in April 2020, "SOLIDWORKS 2019 Essential Training" from LinkedIn in April 2020, and "Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing" from LinkedIn in March 2020.
