Brian Gould, MBA

Global Head of Quality at GameChange Solar

Brian Gould, MBA has a wealth of experience in quality management and supplier relations. Brian currently holds the position of Global Head of Quality at GameChange Solar. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Quality at Capewell, where they were responsible for improving manufacturing certifications and overseeing the quality team and system. At Pratt & Whitney, Brian held two roles, first as the Associate Director of Supplier Quality, where they successfully minimized escapes and improved stakeholder satisfaction, and then as the Sr. Manager of Supplier Quality Assurance, where they led the supply base and maintained high compliance levels. Earlier in their career, Brian worked at Boeing in various roles, including Quality Lead for AH-6i and Apache Programs, where they oversaw all aspects of quality and implemented important testing and information systems. Brian also served as an Integrated Master Scheduler, directing engineering development and production flow, and as a Business and Planning Analyst, controlling cost and schedule analysis for a major helicopter program. Brian's extensive work experience demonstrates their expertise in quality management, supplier relations, and project planning.

Brian Gould earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2007 to 2009. Brian'sfocus of study during this time was Business Administration and Management, General.

Prior to their MBA, Brian obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Brian studied Supply Chain Management from 2001 to 2005.

In 2012, Brian obtained a Master's Certificate in Six Sigma Greenbelt from Villanova University.

Additionally, Brian has obtained several certifications. In March 2020, they became an ACE Associate at Pratt & Whitney. Brian also obtained the Root Cause Corrective Action Coach certification from Boeing in May 2011.
