Haley Welch has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Haley started their career as an HR Manager at Continental Dairy Facilities Southwest in 2017 and worked there until 2020. Haley then joined Select Milk Producers as a Human Resources Director from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Game One since October 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Director of HR and People Integration at Game One from January to October 2023, and as a Regional Human Resources Manager at Game One from 2022 to 2023.

Haley Welch earned their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Business Administration and Management from Texas Tech University from 1998 to 2002. Haley then pursued their Masters of Science in Human Resources degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Tarleton State University from 2020 to 2022.
