Penny Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in democratic services and management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at the Gambling Commission since October 2017, Penny previously held the position of Senior Manager - Complex Casework and Intelligence. Prior roles include Manager of the Personal Injury Team at the Ministry of Justice UK, Democratic Services Manager (Interim) at the City of Wolverhampton Council, and Support Services Manager at the Claims Management Regulation Unit. Penny has also served as Democratic and Electoral Services Manager (Interim) at Gloucester City Council, Democratic Services Manager at Wyre Forest District Council, Board and Governance Manager at West Northants Development Corporation, and Democratic Services Manager at Northamptonshire County Council.
