Jim Redhead has over a decade of experience in client service operations, having joined GAM Investments in April 2010. Throughout this tenure, Jim has held several key positions, including Head of Client Service Operations and Head of RFP Specialists. Most recently, from July 2019 to December 2023, Jim served as Head of the Global Client Service group at GAM, demonstrating strong leadership and expertise in managing client relationships and enhancing service delivery.
