Nathan Wallace has had a diverse range of work experience in various companies. Nathan began their career in 2003 at Fiberoptic Components, llc as a Quality Control employee. In 2012, they joined Protonex Technology Corporation as a Quality Specialist and later became a Senior Technologist, Quality. In 2018, they moved to Revision Military as a Senior Quality Specialist and then became a Supervisor, Quality and Materials. In 2019, they joined Galvion as a Quality Engineer and later progressed to roles including Supply Chain and Quality Manager, Operations Manager, and currently holds the position of Director, Operations.

Nathan Wallace began their education in 2005 at Mount Wachusett Community College, studying Radio and Television Broadcasting Technology/Technician. In 2007, they continued their education at Fitchburg State University, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
