Dave Peterson is a seasoned professional in the biomedical engineering field, currently serving as the Head of Product Development at Galvani Bioelectronics since April 2017. In addition to this role, Dave has been the Chief Technology Officer at Valencia Technologies Corporation since January 2012. Prior to these positions, Dave held the role of Senior Director R&D at Boston Scientific Neuromodulation / Advanced Bionics from October 1998 to December 2011 and served as a Senior Principal Biomedical Systems Engineer at Medtronic from August 1988 to October 1998. Dave Peterson holds both a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering, all obtained from Case Western Reserve University between 1977 and 1989.
