Jonathan Lippincott is the managing director at Galt & Company. Jonathan has been with the company since January 2012 and has played a lead role in valuation and negotiation of 60+ transactions with 30+ distribution partners worth over $10B and involving the transition of ~55,000 employees.

Prior to joining Galt & Company, Jonathan was with another company in a similar role. There, they led an engagement to overhaul the aftermarket strategy for a leading construction equipment manufacturer facing technological disruption. Jonathan managed a team of 10 and client relations with 9 product teams, the project steering committee, and key stakeholders in senior management (100+ total company personnel involved).

Jonathan Lippincott has a MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
