Tam serves as the Sr. Manager of Photo Retouching at FIGS since July 2020, leading the development of strict retouching guidelines and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards within global teams. With a rich background in digital photo retouching, Tam has held roles at Reformation, J BRAND, and GALORE Media Inc., focusing on eCommerce and editorial images. Freelance work includes video direction and editing, along with photo retouching for notable clients such as Kat Von D Beauty and NastyGal. Additionally, Tam has experience in graphic design and illustration, with a history as a DJ at international gigs. Tam earned recognition as Miami's Best DJ in 2010 and has been involved in freelance retouching since 2002. Educational credentials include attendance at Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
